Hi, I'm Rachel, a Final Year Clinical Nutritionist and Mum of Two
I help families raise happy, healthy kids from first foods to family meals and everything in between. I’m currently in my final year of a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition), with additional training in paediatric nutrition. I offer one-on-one personalised support to families navigating everything from starting solids and fussy eating to eczema, allergies, gut health, iron deficiency and more.
I’ve also contributed to the redevelopment of the Perth Children’s Hospital menu, giving me valuable experience in creating meals that are not only nutritionally sound but also practical, inclusive and enjoyable for little ones.
